‘Business Development Manager– Infra’ required with minimum of 3 years’ experience within Structured Cabling, Data Center, CCTV/Access Control, Audio Visual System and Power Solutions. The candidate should have previous experience on large scale Infrastructure projects. The applicant should preferably possess industry certifications within the portfolio besides experience similar to below job description;

 

  • Generate queries and leads on Infrastructure based requirements especially Structured Cabling, Data Center setups and Power solutions.
  • Responsible for handling simultaneous tenders and RFPs and managing Commercial & Technical Understanding negotiation, Preparation, submission of techno commercial Bid.

Azure Solution Specialist

The Azure Solution Specialist (SSP) is responsible for the overall success of the Azure Business, operations, sales, and consumption in the Midwest EPG geography.

 

The success of the Azure SSP role will be measured in the following ways:

  • Adoption of Azure and Microsoft’s cloud strategy through all of the accounts.
  • Improving consumption of pre-sold Azure.
  • Achieving the annual Azure revenue goals.
  •  Building a future pipeline of Azure opportunities to sustain run rates in each CA/EPG account.
  • Improve the collaboration and selling efficiencies with and between ATU, STU, PTU, Incubation Sales and other virtual team sellers in the Azure selling and consumption process.

The Azure SSP role adds value by:

  • Driving internal and external evangelism and awareness of Azure and Microsoft’s cloud strategy ensuring local integration at all times with the wider field organization, providing feedback to the Corporate teams, including key trends, competitors, and success/failure input on selling and scaling strategies and tactics.
  • Developing a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for Azure.
  • Working with associated STU Specialists, AM and ATS resources during Account Planning, Partner Sales Executives (PSE’s), Partners and other overlay sellers in account planning, strategy as well as being engaged in tactics and actions to close business.

Qualifications:

A degree in business, marketing, computer science or related discipline and 3-5+ years’ related experience or equivalent combination of training/experience required. Extensive experience engaging with senior executives is required. Working knowledge of Cloud computing architectures and concepts as well as the ability to articulate the value proposition of Microsoft’s proprietary platforms, products, and tools to those in the Open Source environment and competing Public Cloud environments.

 

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience in an environment where customer contacts and knowledge are leveraged to prospect opportunities within a very large, multi-national account.

O365 Solution Specialist

The Solution Specialist (SSP)  for O365  Productivity adds value to Seven Seas by:

  • Engaging at deep levels with BDMs, TDMs, and procurement within assigned accounts, demoing and translating how Microsoft Productivity Platform solves customers’ business problems in specific industries leading with Office 365 and Office 365 ProPlus.
  • Developing compelling Productivity business cases and proposals – leading with OFFICE 365 and Office ProPlus and including advanced workloads (Skype, CRM Online, Business Intelligence, Visio and Project)  -  for their accounts, and orchestrate a v-team of resources across STU, ATU, PTU and services to effectively and expeditiously drive opportunities to closure.  (Note: Beginning in FY16, the Productivity SSP will be the primary hunter for all Skype for Business opportunities)
  • Focusing on inoculating our Enterprise and Corporate Account customers against Google by proactively transitioning customers to Office 365 or Office 365 ProPlus/Exchange Online, and managing escalations to local sales management and Win-room as needed to obtain critical support required to secure Wins.
  • Leading the consumption priority by ensuring all customers are sold right by executing FastTrack Getting Started at 40%, and creating deployment & adoption plans at 60%.

  • Drive customer transition to the cloud by capturing new O365 and O365 ProPlus seats or expanding current ones.
