Engineered from the award-winning next generation momentohs® enterprise suite, the first ERP-like hospitality management software far exceeding current industry standards. Right-sized to meet the functional requirements of small hotels, it has all the basic modules for managing daily tasks, yet sophisticated and in-depth detailing. It delivers stellar business performance coupled with the added advantage of seamlessly upgrading to momentohs® sprint, as and when required. User friendly and easy to understand as 1-2-3, training and installation is undertaken within 10-15 days.


Based on Microsoft Windows and SQL Server technologies, momentohs® entrée inherits the manageability, security scalability and high performance benefits offered by this platform.


Core modules consist of Front Office, Financial and Call Billing, which can be deployed individually and in a phased manner. Additional modules can be easily integrated, which include Food & Beverage, POS, Event Management, Fixed Asset and Business Intelligence. Furthermore, third party Intellectual Capital (Human Resources) and Payroll, and Microsoft CRM can be integrated easily. All modules maintain a consistent look and feel in their Graphical User Interface similar to Microsoft Windows. 


The open architecture allows it to be interfaced with third-party devices such as the hotel PABX, key lock, smart card etc. and Windows-based Point of Sales systems. momentohs® entrée also provides a Web-interface that enables head office, individuals and registered travel agencies to make reservation and inquire about tariffs and availability of rooms over the Internet.
